Brian Talley is a 5th generation Texan, an award-winning Austin REALTOR®, and the founder and broker of Regent Property Group. Brian has sold hundreds of Austin-area homes in a variety of styles such as traditional, ranch, mid-century modern, contemporary, and Tuscan, including luxury homes on Lake Austin, in Westlake, in Central Austin, and more. Brian also has trained and managed licensed REALTORS® under his brokerage to better serve clients and to elevate their success in the industry. Brian began his career in commercial real estate where he leased and sold over 575,000 square feet and 37 acres of office, industrial, and residential properties for his Fortune 100 customers. Brian has also served as an industry volunteer since 2009 and as an elected leader, serving as Director at the Austin Board of REALTORS® from 2017 to 2023.
Brian and his wife Erika have been married since 2001 and have three daughters. They live in Eanes ISD, which is in the Westlake area of west Austin, and enjoy time on Lake Austin, watching the girls dance, and other various outdoor activities.
