Luxury Westline Neighborhood Under Construction in Clarksville
The luxury home community of Westline is under construction in the Clarksville area of central Austin. The neighborhood will feature 16 “traditional yet modern” single-family and townhouse-style homes ranging from two to four bedrooms, 1,990 to 3,511 square feet, and $1.9 million to $3.33 million. The homes will be managed by a condo association for a lock & leave lifestyle.
According to developer Cumby Group, “The development name originates from the West Line Historic District that had a streetcar line run through the neighborhood in the early decades of the 20th century.” The community will be anchored around three buildings: two homes and one historic church.
Billed as “Just Around the Corner From it All,” Westline is moments from downtown Austin and near the West Austin Neighborhood Park, the Hike & Bike Trail, Lady Bird Lake, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and MoPac. “This pedestrian friendly district is known for its historic bungalows, public parks, and popular cafes and shops.”
