Luxury Garage Business Coming to Lakeway

Billed as “first-class, luxury garage suites for all your toys,” Garages of Texas is coming to Lakeway, just west of Austin. The business will offer 78 luxury garage suites for high-end car collectors and car enthusiasts, and the suites will include features such as plumbing, air conditioning, internet, lofts, auto lifts, and high-end finishes, according to Lakeway city records as reported by Community Impact. The suites will be sold, rather than rented, and owners potentially can gain real estate appreciation. The suites will range from $175,000 and up, depending on upgrades. “It’s time to stop fighting a losing battle for space in your family garage,” the website states.
