Regent broker Brian Talley earned a spot as one of the top 50 REALTORS® in Austin, receiving the Platinum Top 50 award, and Regent agent Donna Harris earned a spot as one of the top 150 REALTORS® in Austin as a finalist. Winners of Platinum Top 50 awards exemplify initiative, involvement, success, and philanthropy, and because of these characteristics, often are referred to as the most successful and well-rounded REALTORS® in Austin. Brian Talley Regent FounderTalley earned the award in part due to a high level of sales (closing over $20 million in 2013,) in conjunction with a high level of volunteering with the Austin Board of REALTORS®. He said he found receiving the honor “exhilarating” and that he is thrilled that Harris, one of the agents of his brokerage, also was recognized. Donna Harris“Donna is such a welcome presence at our brokerage, and during her time with Regent she has excelled in service to her clients and her community,” said Talley. “We are happy to see her receive recognition for this achievement and look forward to her continuing as such a success personally and professionally.” The agents received their awards December 12 at the Shoal Crossing Event Center at a ceremony sponsored by Highland Homes, Austin Title, Gracy Title, the new home community of Sweetwater, and Sente Mortgage. The winners will be featured in numerous magazines, including RealtyLine, Austin Realtor, Austin Women, and Austin Relocation Guide. Talley, who often handles multi-million dollar home deals, also placed as a finalist in last year’s awards, alongside Regent agent Kay Lawley.
